amends Artículo 197. DECRETO 409 de 1971

Llevará el número 197-bis del Código de Procedimiento Penal, y quedará así:

Artículo 197 bis. Reformatio in Pejus. El recurso de apelación otorga competencia al juez o tribunal de segunda instancia para decidir sin limitación alguna sobre la providencia impugnada.
