Redistribución de recursos. En cumplimiento del artículo 6° del Decreto Legislativo 017 de 2011, el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia a través de la Dirección de Gestión del Riesgo, deberá certificar a más tardar el 8 de abril del año 2011, con corte a 31 de marzo del mismo año, la población afectada por la emergencia invernal de cada municipio, distrito o área no municipalizada de los departamentos del Amazonas, Guainía y Vaupés, con el objeto de que el Conpes Social determine la procedencia de redistribuir o no los recursos de que trata el artículo anterior.
