º. Sanciones. Si los viajeros destinan al comercio las mercancías adquiridas o las introducen excediendo el cupo previsto en el artículo anterior, se aplicará lo dispuesto en los artículos 5º y 30 del Decreto 2057 de 1987, según corresponda. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 67 de la Ley 488 de 1998.
