Sanciones . El incumplimiento por parte de los operadores de recaudo de las obligaciones, características y requerimientos de operación, seguridad, transparencia, igualdad de acceso y conectividad señaladas en el presente capítulo, dará lugar a que Colpensiones adelante las acciones legales que correspondan, sin perjuicio de que la entidad de vigilancia y control correspondiente aplique las sanciones establecidas en la ley.
