ARTICULO 268 . Cuestionario . El funcionario judicial, en la providencia que decrete la práctica de la prueba pericial, formulará los cuestionarios que hayan de ser absueltos por el perito. Antes de practicarse la prueba pericial, también propondrá al perito los cuestionarios que con el mismo fin hayan presentado los sujetos procesales y que considere pertinentes.
