Artículo trece. Las cuentas de cobro presentadas para el pago del subsidio por las empresas, las cooperativas o los propietarios no constituyen prueba de la prestación del servicio. La corporación Financiera del Transporte podrá verificar en cualquier tiempo su veracidad, a fin de ratificar los pagos efectuados o de exigir los reintegros por las inexactitudes o irregularidades que se observasen durante la visita o cualquier examen de control.
