Está prohibida la reparación de vehículos en vías públicas, parques o aceras. En caso de reparaciones de emergencia, salvo absoluta imposibilidad física para moverlo, el vehículo se estacionará a la derecha de la vía, en la siguiente forma: a). En los perímetros urbanos, a una distancia menor de treinta centímetros de la acera y no menor de quince metros de las bocacalles; b). En los perímetros rurales, fuera de la zona transitable de los vehículos, colocando las señales de peligro a una distancia no inferior a cuarenta metros adelante y atrás del vehículo, a un metro de la zona transitable de la carretera.
