Art. 3º. Para los efectos expresados en el artículo anterior, se establecen en el Ministerio de Guerra dos secciones; una de Dirección y Mando, y otra de Organización y Servicio, cada una de las cuales tendrá para su despacho tres Mesas con el personal que se les fijará en decreto separado.
