º. Modifícase la reforma 6. del artículo 1. del Decreto 1809 del 6 de agosto de 1990, cuyo texto quedará así: "6. El artículo 7. del Decreto - ley 1344 de 1970 quedará así: Artículo 7º Sin perjuicio de la colaboración que deben prestarse los agentes de transporte y tránsito y la Policía Nacional, cada uno de ellos ejercerá sus funciones de control de la siguiente manera: La Policía Vial en las carreteras nacionales; los organismos departamentales de tránsito en aquellos municipios donde no haya organismo de tránsito municipal y carreteras departamentales de su jurisdicción; los organismos de tránsito de nivel municipal y del Distrito Especial de Bogotá en el territorio de su jurisdicción".
