Para la obtención de visa temporal especial el extranjero deberá presentar una solicitud acompañada de los documentos señalados en los literales d) y e) del artículo 33, prueba de la representación legal y poder para quien contrate en su nombre, autenticado ante notario público o por funcionario consular cuando fuere expedido en el exterior.
