Artículo único. Durante la semana de la Cruz Roja, en las localidades en donde se celebre, las cartas ordinarias que hayan de cursar por el correo nacional, incluyendo el servicio urbano, por correo aéreo o pollos correos particulares autorizados, excepto las destinadas al Exterior, deberán llevar, además del porte nacional correspondiente, una estampilla de cinco centavos ($ 0.05) de la Cruz Roja. La anterior disposición se hará extensiva a las encomiendas ordinarias que en dicha semana se introduzcan al correo nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
