Al conceder un permiso para reuniones sindicales, el Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical dará inmediatamente aviso al Comando de la Brigada y al Alcalde Municipal del lugar donde ha de celebrarse, especificando el día, la hora y la dirección del local. Tanto el Comandante de la respectiva Brigada como el Alcalde del lugar, tendrán facultad para impedir o suspender tales reuniones por razones de orden público. Comuníquese y publíquese.
