Artículo quinto. El Gobierno, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, escogerá y nombrará, de las ternas definitivas que lleguen de los Ministerios de Agricultura y Ganadería y Comercio e Industrias, los individuos que deban representar en el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales a las entidades comerciales y agrícolas del país, para el período en curso.
