La responsabilidad e los miembros de una corporación electoral por las informalidades e irregularidades punibles en que se incurriera al formar un acta o registro, corresponde a todos los miembros que los suscribieron, excepto aquellos que se hubieren opuesto a la comisión de las faltas o irregularidades, oposición de la cual se dejará constancia en el acta o registro.
