Artículo único Apruébase la Convención adicional á la de arbitraje, celebrada entre Colombia y Francia el 16 de Diciembre de 1908, subscrito en Bogotá el 5 de Agosto del presente año, por el señor doctor Carlos Calderón, Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la República, y Su Excelencia el señor Louis Ratard, Enviado Extraordinario y Ministro Plenipotenciario de la República Francesa en Bogotá.
