° Los empleados públicos bajo cuya autoridad y custodia existan elementos Para el servicio estadístico; los encargados de recaudar los impuestos y contribuciones; los administradores de bienes y servicios nacionales, departamentales y municipales, los Directores o intendentes de obras o empresas públicas, etc., están en la obligación de suministrar, en oportunidad y con la exactitud requerida, los datos que soliciten los Directores de Estadística, salvo en lo que tenga carácter reservado, a juicio del Gobierno.
