El Gobierno Nacional establecerá una reglamentación que incentive y promueva los microseguros como una herramienta de protección y consolidación del tejido empresarial en el país. Esta reglamentación que se expida deberá establecer políticas, mecanismos, programas e instrumentos que permitan el acceso a estos seguros y su uso en los emprendimientos nacionales.
