De la colaboración logística. La Procuraduría General de la Nación y el Ministerio de Justicia harán los trámites y procedimientos necesarios para arbitrar los recursos que demande la dotación a los despachos de los Agentes del Ministerio Público de las facilidades pertinentes para el buen funcionamiento de la conciliación contenciosa administrativa. Mientras se producen los actos pertinentes, la Procuraduría prestará los servicios secretariales, de archivo y de notificación o citación a que haya lugar.
