Artículo único. La pensión señalada a la señora Josefa Herrera de Picon, viuda del Coronel Francisco Picon, i a la señorita Elisa, hija lejítima de dicho Jefe, por el decreto lejislativo de 26 de abril de 1872, se pagará mensualmente a cada una de las agraciadas, i desde la fecha del espresado decreto.
