° La cuantía de las cauciones que deben prestar los empleados subalternos de las expresadas oficinas cuando tengan a su cargo el manejo de fondos e intereses de cualquier clase, la fijará el Ministerio, o el Jefe de la respectiva oficina, con aprobación del Ministerio, según el caso. Comuníquese y publíquese.
