º. Las sociedades anónimas no abiertas interesadas en ser calificadas como abiertas para los años gravables ele 1985 y siguientes, deberán formular la solicitud para celebrar el compromiso de apertura, a más tardar el 30 de junio del año inmediatamente anterior a aquel en el cual van a ser reputadas abiertas. Las sociedades que celebren el compromiso de apertura deberán mantener la calidad de abiertas durante el primer semestre del año materia de la calificación.
