Reglamentación. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, en el marco de las funciones contenidas en el artículo 2° del Decreto 4107 de 2011, será la entidad encargada de reglamentar las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto, a efectos de garantizar su adecuada aplicación en el departamento de La Guajira.
