Declárese de utilidad pública e interés social la adquisición de toda clase de bienes que requiera la Corporación para el cumplimiento de las funciones que se le han asignado por esta Ley, y facúltese a la Corporación para adelantar el procedimiento de expropiación de acuerdo con las leyes.
