Todo buque que entre i salga por las bocas del rio Magdalena, causará los siguientes derechos:

Práctico, si se hace uso de él;

Remolque, para los que hicieron uso de él;

Muelle, i

Faro, siempre que se traslade el que existe en Sabanilla o se establezca uno nuevo en las bocas del Magdalena.

El uso del muelle se considera obligatorio. El muelle servirá para la carga de los buques; pero en el caso de que estas operaciones se verifiquen por trasbordos, solo se pagará la mitad del derecho.
