° Cuando la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores lo considere necesario, en atención al tema o la extensión de las normas expedidas, podrá solicitar a la Imprenta Nacional la publicación del texto completo del Estatuto Orgánico del Mercado Público de Valores en el Diario Oficial, con inclusión de las disposiciones que se expidan en desarrollo de las facultades mencionadas en el artículo anterior.
