º Los bonos que se emitan conforme al presente Decreto serán convertibles en acciones en un plazo no inferior al que se requiera para que la entidad haya enjugado las pérdidas que sirvieron de base para determinar el monto del respectivo aporte, sin exceder en ningún caso de diez (10) años.
