Una vez que se nacionalice una Instituci6n financiero, su junta directiva procederá en forma inmediata modificar los estatutos de la entidad, de manera que reflejen su nueva naturaleza jurídica, con arrollo a la clasificación establecida por los Decretos 1050 y 3130 de 1968, y 130 de 1976. Todas las instituciones financieras que se nacionalicen se vincularán al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
