º Incorpórase al Corregimiento del Bajo Putumayo la región comprendida entre el divortium aqnarum entre los ríos Caquetá y Putumayo, el Varadero de la Tagua, la margen izquierda del rio Putumayo y la boca del río San Miguel. En estos términos queda reformado el Decreto número 3 de 1912 y aquél por el cual se creó el Corregimiento de Sucre. Sométase a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, y si fuere aprobado, comuníquese y ejecútese. Dado en Sucre a diez y ocho de septiembre de mil novecientos veinte.
