Los empleados o funcionarios públicos ante quienes deba presentarse la cédula de ciudadanía para los actos indicados en el artículo anterior, tienen la obligación de anotar el número de cédula y el lugar de su expedición. Anotación que harán en el respectivo instrumento, memorial o actuación que ante ellos se surta.
