El Gobierno queda ampliamente facultado para incorporar en el Presupuesto la apropiación de que trata la presente Ley, a fin de entregar lo antes posible dicha suma al Excelentísimo señor Arzobispo Primado para el cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos con motivo del citado Congreso.
