El Instituto dictará un reglamento general de sanciones y procedimiento para los seguros sociales, en el cual se fijarán los procedimientos sobre la imposición, notificación y ejecutoria de las multas previstas en los artículos anteriores, así como los casos en que a su imposición deban preceder requerimientos por parte de las instituciones del seguro social.
