Elementos que lo integran. El patrimonio del Instituto estará formado por los bienes que la Nación, el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria u otras instituciones le aporten y por los demás bienes que adquiera a cualquier título.

Parágrafo

Mensualmente se producirá un estado financiero y cada año, el 31 de diciembre, se cortarán las cuentas y se producirá un balance general.
