El Instituto de Crédito Territorial y el Banco Agrícola Hipotecario podrá otorgar préstamos, con las garantías que se convengan en los contratos respectivos, al Gobierno o a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero para la construcción de viviendas campesinas en las parcelas adjudicadas conforme a esta Ley, o a ejecutar dichas construcciones por cuenta de esas entidades.
