LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.5.2.11.Disposiciones transitorias. Hasta tanto se habilite la plataforma electrónica en el sitio internet del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo durante el año 2016, las solicitudes de inclusión, modificación o exclusión de materiales e insumos de la lista nacional de escaso abasto para el sector textil y confecciones, así como, las ofertas de suministro y las objeciones a las ofertas de suministro se presentarán en medio físico y por escrito ante el administrador del respectivo acuerdo comercial. Una vez entre en operación la plataforma las solicitudes deberán ser presentadas únicamente por ese medio.
