Artículo segundo. Las multas a que se refiere el inciso segundo del artículo 8° del Decreto 1137 del presente año serán de veinte pesos ($ 20.00) a mil pesos ($ 1.000.00) moneda corriente, según la cuantía de las especies halladas en poder de los particulares, y sin perjuicio de la sanción penal a que haya lugar por falsificación o adulteración de documentos públicos.
