Art. 7°. La pena impuesta por el delito de falsificación de monedas ó papel-moneda, ó el de introducción, expendio y circulación de los que se falsifiquen, se cumplirá en los Establecimientos de castigo, en las Colonias Penales ó en los lugares que el Poder Ejecutivo designe, y no podrá rebajarse sino en los casos determinados expresamente en este Decreto.
