Artículo decimotercero. El control fiscal de estos Programas lo ejercerá la Contraloría General de la República, por conducto de su correspondiente Auditoria Fiscal de Hacienda Nacional. De la rendición de cuentas se enviará copia a la respectiva Contraloría Departamental, con carácter de información. También se rendirán informes financieros a las entidades aportantes.
