Artículo vigesimoprimero. El claustro de profesores estará constituido por todos los profesores de la Universidad, y presidido por el Rector. Será una Corporación Consultiva de la Universidad, en lo Académico. El Consejo Superior Universitario reglamentará sus funciones, que deberán ser compatibles con las de las otras corporaciones de la Universidad.
