Artículo único. Los gastos de auxilio prestado dentro del territorio de la República a los colombianos pobres repatriados de España, a que haya lugar en el -presento año, así como su traslación de los puertos marítimos al interior del país, se imputarán al capítulo 21,-artíulo 90, del presupuesto de Relaciones Exteriores de la vigencia en curso. Comuníquese y publíquese.
