Con excepción de los titulares de visa diplomática, oficial, de servicio, de cortesía, de estudiante, de negocios transitoria, visa o tarjeta de turismo, visa o tarjeta de tránsito y permiso fronterizo, todo extranjero mayor de catorce (14) años deberá presentar los siguientes documentos a las autoridades de emigración para salir del país

Certificado de paz y salvo vigente;

Permiso de salida expedido por la División de Extranjería del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad. El titular de la visa de estudiante, debe presentar los documentos anteriormente citados cuando ejerza actividades lucrativas en el país.
