Artículo treinta y cinco . DELEGACIÓN DE FUNCIONES. La Zona Franca podrá, mediante Acuerdo con la Junta Directiva, proferido con el voto favorable e indelegable del Ministro de Desarrollo Económico y la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, delegar en otros organismos descentralizados territorialmente o por servicios o recibir en delegación funciones cuando tal delegación sea conveniente o necesaria para asegurar la eficaz ejecución de las actividades.
