Cuando se haya tramitado un aviso de exploración con perforación en busca de petróleo que se repute como de propiedad privada, no habrá lugar a nuevo aviso, para los efectos del artículo 35, en el caso de que se pretenda explotar posteriormente dicho petróleo.
