Cotizaciones. Las cotizaciones realizadas al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, hoy Colpensiones, o a cualquier caja, fondo o entidad de previsión social deberán ser trasladadas al Tesoro Nacional (Fopep), debidamente actualizadas, a solicitud de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP), dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes al reconocimiento de la pensión.
