El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, o quien haga sus veces, con el apoyo de las redes de subcontratación, orientará, hará seguimiento y evaluará el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 12 de la presente ley, formulará recomendaciones sobre la materia y dará traslado a las autoridades competentes cuando se evidencia el incumplimiento de lo previsto en dicho artículo.
