Mientras las naves estén atracadas a los muelles no se podrán realizar reparaciones a las calderas o maquinaria que impidan a las naves movilizarse por su propia fuerza al momento que se le ordene, y, de consiguiente, los vapores deberán tener suficiente presión en sus calderas para cambiar de sitio al momento o dirigirse al fondeadero en caso de necesidad. Responsabilidad de los Administradores por danos.
