Apruébense los estatutos de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, cuyo texto es el siguiente: «ACUERDO NUMERO 09 DE 1969 (septiembre 18 ) por el cual se expiden los estatutos de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro. La Junta de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, en uso de las Facultades que le confiere el artículo 27, ordinal b), del Decreto 3172 de 1968 y en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 45 del mismo Decreto. acuerda:
