El subsidio familiar por los hijos a cargo se pagará desde el mes de su nacimiento hasta el de su defunción, o cumplimiento de la edad de diez y ocho (18) años, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior para estudiantes postsecundarios, intermedios o técnicos o aquel en que cese la convivencia con el trabajador beneficiario.
