Para calcular la sanción por mora proporcionalmente a la fracción de mes, de acuerdo con el artículo 6° de la Ley 8 a de 1970, se dividirá la tasa de la sanción por treinta (30) y se multiplicará po rel número de días correspondidos por la mora.
