Artículo único. Por cuenta de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, las Sociedades Seccionales de Crédito que funcionan en aquellas plazas del país donde no existen Sucursales de Bancos Comerciales, pueden recibir depósitos en cuenta corriente, mediante autorización especial del Superintendente Bancario, que se concederá a solicitud de la Junta Directiva de la misma Caja de Crédito Agrario. La Superintendencia Bancaria queda facultada para reglamentar el manejo de las cuentas corrientes en las Sociedades Seccionales de Crédito. Comuníquese y publíquese.
