Notificaciones del Secretario General

1.

El Secretario General notificará a todos los Estados Miembros de las Naciones Unidas y a los Estados no miembros mencionados en el artículo 13

a)

Las comunicaciones previstas en el párrafo 3° del artículo 2°;

b)

Las informaciones recibidas conforme al párrafo 2° del artículo 3°;

c)

Las declaraciones y notificaciones hechas conforme al artículo 12;

d)

Las firmas, ratificaciones y adhesiones hechas conforme al artículo 13;

e)

La fecha en que la Convención haya entrado en vigor conforme a las disposiciones del párrafo 1° del artículo 14;

f)

Las denuncias hechas conforme al artículo 1° del párrafo 15;

g)

Las reservas y notificaciones hechas conforme al artículo 17.

2.

El Secretario General notificará también a todas las partes contratantes las solicitudes de revisión y las respuestas a las mismas hechas conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 20.
